Binance Accelerator Program - Operations & PMO (Earn Regulatory & Growth)

📋 Description

• Assist Earn Regulatory with daily compliance PM and product ops across Earn products.
• Track regulatory timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across jurisdictions.
• Prepare BRDs, compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Legal, Product, Eng, compliance teams, and Binance Earn stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments and product config changes; flag risks.
• Serve as DRP/POC for assigned regulatory workstreams; chase actions and document decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management (internship or entry-level).
• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation; proactive researcher.
• Willingness to learn crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions (MiCA/EU, UK FCA, Japan FSA) or familiarity.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
• Highly organized; able to track multiple projects across time zones.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin; Asia time zone preferred.
