📋 Description

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local boards)
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
• Support market mapping and competitor research to hiring strategies
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (internship a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
