Bioanalytical Technical Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Draft and shape proposals, RFP responses, and client-specific proposal text that reflects strategy
• Team up with operational subject matter experts to make sure every proposal is complete and robust
• Join client calls about RFPs, RFIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and help present proposal
• Support bid defense preparation and meetings
• Participate in Proposal Management initiatives and Business Development presentations, when
• Own and refresh our library of technical content, templates, and case studies, keeping tone

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or another
• Hands-on knowledge of bioanalytical processes, especially biomarkers, assay technologies, ligand
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Experience preparing instructional materials, presentations and written documentation
• Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Comfort in a fast-paced matrix organization and experience working with teams across countries and
