Biopharmaceutical Team Leader - MDV

📋 Description

• Direct all members of the team, including work rotas, productivity, training and development
• Maintain close liaison with the Section Manager to ensure adequate resources are available to meet
• Manage online reporting on LIMS, scheduling work from initiation through to sign-off, and
• Conduct analysis as required to ensure customer deadlines are met.
• Review test methods for quotation purposes.
• Ensure that systems and procedures are maintained in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Honours Degree in Biotechnology or Bioanalytical related subject
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a GMP biologics laboratory
• Method development and validation experience required
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory or team leadership experience desirable.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate, schedule, and prioritise analytical work
• Proven technical expertise and established leadership credentials
