  • Build campaign plans, budgets, and success metrics; track and optimize in-flight.
  • Drive culture-first ideas and tentpole moments with internal and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years leading integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Hybrid strategic & creative mastery: strategic planner background with brand objectives.
  • Proven success running multi-workstream programs end-to-end on time and on budget.
  • Deep experience partnering with in-house studios and external agencies on social, video, OOH, experiential, partnerships.
  • Analytical proficiency: brand health tracking platforms (YouGov, Kantar), attribution modeling, digital marketing data.
  • Based in New York or Pittsburgh.
  • Portfolio submission mandatory; include a link to your portfolio.
