📋 Description

• Design web graphics including technical diagrams, illustrations, and interactive visual assets that
• Create compelling visual systems for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives
• Design for multiple formats and contexts: digital, print, experiential, and merchandise
• Design booth graphics, signage, and environmental branding for conferences, meetups, and community
• Collaborate with the events team to create memorable, on-brand experiences that stand out
• Design merch that developers actually want to wear and use

🎯 Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design skills across digital, print, and experiential
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• You've figured out where AI actually helps in a design workflow and built process around it
• Comfortable working in both brand and production modes. You can think big picture and execute in
• Strong communication skills with the ability to both articulate design decisions and understand
• Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $170,000 - $220,000 USD
