Brand Designer

📋 Description

• Own execution of Afresh's visual brand across web design, video and case studies, sales enablement
• Partner with marketing leadership and content strategists to translate strategy and messaging into
• Lead design end-to-end from concept to final production on major initiatives.
• Build and maintain scalable design system and templates (decks, one-pagers, social, event graphics).
• Set and maintain usage standards for AI-assisted design tools to ensure consistent premium visual
• Turn around time-sensitive requests (24-48 hours) for sales, events, and leadership without

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in brand or graphic design including agency and in-house
• Strong portfolio across web design, video/motion, sales decks, print or event collateral
• Experience creating and scaling brand design system, for a fast environment.
• Strong portfolio with evidence of brand ownership end-to-end
• Excellent communication, time management and balance urgent versus long-term project needs
• Proficiency in Figma, Framer, Google suite
