📋 Description

• Collaborate on QIMA’s design system, building and extending templates, guides, and components as
• Help adapt the design system for new tools, brands, formats, and use cases while keeping assets
• Spot what is slow, unclear, or repeated in the design workflow and propose better ways of working.
• Deliver design work across social content, press materials, presentations, covers, image editing
• Create clear, polished, on-brand assets that support business priorities such as campaigns
• Work autonomously from briefs while asking the right questions when requirements, audience, or

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a brand or graphic design role, ideally including in-house or
• Multidisciplinary design experience across brand, digital, presentations, social, and print.
• A portfolio that shows how design work connects to business outcomes such as brand launches
• Able to work autonomously from a brief without step-by-step direction.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Fluent using AI-assisted design and content workflows; Claude and ChatGPT are non-negotiable.
