📋 Description

• Design the blocks themselves across the product: layout, responsive behavior, states, composition
• Make them systematic: component architecture, tokens, naming and documentation, so they arrive
• Own the Figma source of truth and the structured definitions the block pipeline consumes
• Partner with engineering and product from definition through build: align on how blocks are
• Work inside Flodesk's existing design system rather than beside it: apply it consistently, extend
• Build a component and template library for flodesk.com so landing pages ship in days, not weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding web design craft: layout, composition, type, hierarchy, responsive behavior. A
• Articulated design judgment about conversion and usability. You can explain what makes a landing
• Production design system experience, in both directions: you've built a system from scratch, and
• Deep experience in Figma: variables, tokens, component APIs, variants, modes and themes, library
• Working knowledge of current best practices across web design, digital products and templates
• AI fluency as a working practice. You use Claude or equivalent daily, and have a point of view on
