📋 Description

• Lead the matrix team’s development and execution of the brand plan that aligns to the global
• Represent UK Affiliate with Global and Area marketing teams
• Communicate strategy and performance to senior local and global leadership
• Responsible for marketing budget allocation and overall budget management
• Lead the marketing function including, personal development, performance management
• Creating a high performing cross-functional team culture where the AbbVie way of working can

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant strategic and operational experience and proven track record of success
• Leadership of marketing team
• In-field sales experience
• Demonstrated passion for marketing and strategy i.e. completed projects, further education
• Previous in field leadership experience would be beneficial
• Demonstration of a high learning agility and emotional intelligence
