🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work
• 5+ years of experience developing marketing strategy based on market segmentation, ideally in a B2B
• Proven experience applying a solutions-oriented approach to problems and challenges, collaborating
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and input from others while
• Prior experience managing an in-person or remote team
• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of integrated digital marketing techniques
