📋 Description

• Lead client accounts across strategy, delivery, relationships, and opportunities to grow the work.
• Build brand platforms from research through positioning, messaging architecture, and actionable
• Lead and mentor strategists, reviewing their strategic thinking and client-facing work.
• Partner with designers and creative teams to turn strategic recommendations into finished work.
• Contribute to new business pitches, scope discovery work, and plan subsequent phases.
• Interview founders and scientists and translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading brand strategy or account planning at an agency, consultancy, or studio.
• Experience owning client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• A track record of leading and mentoring strategists.
• Ability to build a brand platform from research and positioning through a usable creative brief.
• Experience pitching and scoping new work.
• Strong writing, presentation, and collaboration skills.
