Reporting to the Lead Brand Support North, the responsibilities and duties are:
Activity 1 : Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal
Activity 2 : Find solutions adapted to the seller’s profile on a technical point of view;
Activity 3 : Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales
Activity 4 : Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems;

Experience on technical support;
Able to identify and analyse technical issues;
Experience on marketplace;
Good communication, logic and organisation skills;
Rigorous and proactive profile;
