Broker Dealer Operations, Associate

📋 Description

• Execute daily trade, position, balance, and cash reconciliations between Coinbase and Apex records
• Support customer account onboarding and maintenance workflows, including documentation review
• Process inbound and outbound securities transfers (ACATs) end-to-end, from intake review and
• Monitor operational alerts and exception queues, prioritize customer- and risk-impacting issues
• Support corporate action operations by reviewing event notices, monitoring deadlines, validating
• Identify recurring failure modes and propose practical improvements to reduce manual work, shorten

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in financial services operations, brokerage operations, clearing and settlement, trade
• Working knowledge of U.S. equities trade lifecycle concepts, including order processing
• Demonstrated experience investigating data breaks or operational exceptions across multiple systems
• Proven ability to follow documented procedures consistently in a regulated environment while
• Familiarity with clearing platforms (e.g., Apex Clearing), Jira, SQL, or workflow-automation tools
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
