📋 Description

• Act as primary face of Flock for a panel of key broker partners
• Deliver high volumes of broker submissions
• Build, grow and develop broker panel
• Proactively engage brokers
• Develop data-driven account growth strategies
• Achieve strong conversion and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing broker relationships within the insurance sector
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Existing network of broker contacts
• Exceptional understanding of the commercial broker marketplace
• Consultative sales process ability
• Comfortable using AI in daily work
