Broker Relations Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the broker channel strategy to meet referral and enrollment goals.
• Recruit Medicare agents, brokers, agencies and field marketing organizations (FMO) within Habitat
• Own the full broker lifecycle – outreach, ongoing support and renewal.
• Build productive relationships with broker partners through regular communication, field visits
• Educate brokers on PACE eligibility, covered services, service areas, referral procedures, and
• Coordinate required training, including PACE education, compliance expectations, marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting, contracting, onboarding, training, and managing insurance agents, and Field
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or related field (or
• 3+ years of relevant experience, such as in health care delivery at a high-growth startup
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Travel required to Habitat PACE centers, community and broker events - up to 25%
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with community and referral partners.
