📋 Description

• Provide frontline technical support through Slack and ticketing channels, managing approximately
• Triage build failures, broken CI/CD pipelines, dependency issues, configuration errors, and related
• Diagnose complex build, packaging, artifact, and pipeline issues independently before determining
• Troubleshoot technologies including Maven and Java build systems, Docker images, Artifactory
• Manage multiple developer interactions and technical investigations in parallel while maintaining
• Support incidents involving complex or large-scale build and release failures, providing structured

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Build/Release Engineering, DevOps, SRE, software development, or a
• Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or
• Solid understanding of build and release engineering fundamentals, Maven or Gradle, Java build
• Experience working with artifact repositories such as Artifactory or Nexus and an understanding of
• Experience with Spinnaker or a similar deployment orchestration platform.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently investigate
