📋 Description

• Build reliability into Terran R design and production.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams.
• Establish scalable quality controls, inspections, and processes.
• Drive DFM, walkdowns, and automation for quality checks.
• Lead nonconformance processes and root-cause analysis.
• Develop a quality system that scales with the program.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering; 3+ years as Quality Engineer in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Aerospace or high-volume manufacturing experience.
• GD&T proficiency; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• FMEA, APQP, SPC, PPV; NPI exposure.
• Interface with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams.
• PLM/MES/ERP/QMS software knowledge; ISO9001/AS9100 awareness.
