Building Surveyor (Code and Building Compliance)

📋 Description

• Support the Code and Building Compliance team across Australia and New Zealand on diverse projects.
• Assess building designs against the National Construction Code/BCA.
• Liaise with clients and prepare NCC/BCA compliance reports.
• Collaborate with clients to upgrade fire safety measures.
• Enjoy site visits to view progression and completion of large projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate qualification in Building Surveying or similar with relevant industry experience.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Collaborative mindset with clients and project teams.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm and aptitude for business development highly regarded.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team.
