🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst; in Disability Insurance, FinTech, or SaaS with ML.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas), SQL, and BI tools.
• Explain the 'Why' behind AI recommendations to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with claims workflows, duration compression, and disability regs.
