Business Analyst, Appraisal Operations

📋 Description

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document
• Define project scope, objectives, and priorities while ensuring initiatives remain aligned with
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate delivered solutions against identified
• Provide analytical support for performance improvement initiatives, identifying trends
• Prepare recurring internal reporting covering performance, financial results, escalations, and
• Respond to customer and stakeholder requests for custom analysis, translating business questions

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Associate, or
• Strong data-analysis capabilities, including the ability to investigate complex questions, identify
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including the ability to perform
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, presentations, or other data-driven deliverables for
• Strong business acumen, with P&L or financial-analysis experience considered an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings
