Business Analyst (Ariba)

📋 Description

• Review SAP Ariba contract workspaces and associated contract data to identify inaccuracies
• Validate contract metadata, including dates, statuses, naming conventions, identifiers, and
• Review parent-child contract relationships and identify duplicate or incorrectly linked records.
• Recommend and implement data corrections in accordance with approved project guidelines and data
• Support bulk data updates and uploads within SAP Ariba.
• Maintain detailed issue and exception logs, documenting findings, actions taken, and unresolved

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on professional experience working with SAP Ariba.
• Practical experience with Ariba Contracts and Contract Workspaces.
• Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Contract Operations, Legal Operations
• Previous experience performing contract data cleanup, validation, migration, remediation, or
• Strong Excel skills and demonstrated ability to review, organize, reconcile, and analyze large
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying discrepancies and
