Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis activities across healthcare interoperability and digital health initiatives.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyze and document data mappings between source systems and target solutions.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and protocols, including HL7 v2 and HL7
• Collaborate with clinical, business, technical, vendor, and other healthcare stakeholders to align
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, meetings, and working sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within a healthcare environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on healthcare data integration or interoperability projects.
• Practical knowledge of HL7 v2 and HL7 FHIR standards.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards, protocols, and data exchange
• Experience performing data mapping between healthcare systems.
• Experience with healthcare integration, interoperability, and digital health initiatives.
