Business Analyst - Product Control

📋 Description

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Product Control and Finance change
• Collaborate with Product Control, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to design and implement
• Support transformation programmes aimed at process simplification, automation, and control
• Perform gap analysis between current and target operating models.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, and validation activities.
• Produce high-quality business documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, process

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within investment banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Product Control, Global Markets, P&L reporting, valuation control, and
• Knowledge of financial products including FX, Rates, Equities, Fixed Income, or Derivatives.
• Experience working on Finance transformation or regulatory change programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
