Business Analyst (Product Operations Specialist) (3 Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Own the internal customer request intake process – defining and running how the product team
• Map the process flow for each customer project you support, getting into the detail of project
• Produce clear, high-quality visual documentation of all kinds that make complicated data and
• Map and pattern-match across our pilot projects, surfacing what's common, what's diverging, and
• Build out automations, connectors, and lightweight tooling that remove manual work from recurring
• Work directly with the client-facing and product teams supporting our biggest AI accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Operations Manager, Delivery Manager or similar
• A genuine strength – and enjoyment – in visualising complicated information: you find systems maps
• Comfort getting into the weeds of project requirements, and the diplomacy to do so across multiple
• Experience designing or improving an intake/triage process, ideally for product teams.
• Practical experience with automations and connectors, and the instinct to reach for them when a
