Develop BRDs, user stories, and process models to support delivery.
Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to translate needs into system solutions.
Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and consulting documentation.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in Retail Energy
Experience with CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, or C&I products
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, CS, or similar
