Business Analyst - Retail Energy

📋 Description

• Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and document business and functional
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process models to support solution
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs
• Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and consulting documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Retail Energy
• Experience with CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, or energy retail products (C&I or Mass Market)
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in consulting or professional services environments preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar
