🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years' experience in business analytics, commercial insights, reporting or business
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business
• Advanced IT skills; experience with CRM platforms and data visualisation tools.
• Proven experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks and executive reporting materials.
• Strong business acumen with an interest in client behaviour, sales performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
