Business Consultant (6 months contract with possible extension)

📋 Description

• Become a SME on the Bloomreach Engagement platform
• Provide leadership and guidance to the business consultancy practice in the DACH, Nordics, UK or
• Support clients in bringing continuous improvement to their sites, shops or apps (audit web pages
• Communicate with clients, teach them how to use the CDP platform, suggest improvements to their
• Oversee implementation of a client’s applications, websites or online shops
• Communicate regularly with clients through online channels and on-site visits

🎯 Requirements

• Customer facing experience: You have some experience in B2B and/or B2C as a vendor, an agency
• Ownership, self-organisation and ability to navigate ambiguous situations: You can independently
• Consulting mindset: you’re comfortable challenging assumptions, asking the right questions and
• Curiosity and a growth mindset. A genuine willingness to learn matters more to us than years on a
• Stakeholder and relationship management: you can build credibility with customers and colleagues
• English language business proficiency
