Business Controller

📋 Description

• Act as a commercial business partner to the Norwegian Retail Sales team.
• Control of customer & category performance.
• Ensure strong control, follow-up & analysis of trade spend.
• Regular financial performance tasks; Budgeting, Closing, Forecasting & Internal controls.
• Business partner for marketing as an A&P cost controller for Norway.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships across finance, sales & marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in controlling, ideally within FMCG.
• Solid understanding of trade spend mechanisms and pricing dynamics.
• Ability to simplify complex data into clear messages.
• Proactive with initiative to analyze and present facts.
• Strong English skills and preferably a Scandinavian language.
• Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, and SAP skills.
