• Analyse and document enterprise conceptual data models, business information structures and
• Define, document and maintain Information Objects and enterprise inventories, supporting
• Maintain the enterprise data glossary, helping establish clear and consistent business terminology
• Gather and analyse business and data requirements, identifying data dependencies, ownership
• Apply your knowledge of the DCAM Framework to support maturity assessments and translate data

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Architecture or Enterprise
• Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience defining and documenting business information roles, conceptual data models or
• Good knowledge of enterprise data and data management principles, including working knowledge of
• Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear documentation and communication skills.
