• Drive top-of-funnel pipeline for the Care Partnerships BD team through high-volume cold outbound
• Book qualified intro meetings with care management leaders at health systems across the country
• Qualify prospects against our ideal customer profile and ensure clean handoffs to the BD team with
• Build and maintain target contact lists across your assigned territories

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume outbound role (BDR, SDR, inside sales) with a track record
• Comfortable and energized by cold calling as primary channel
• Coachable: actively seeks feedback and iterates
• Resilient and competitive
• Organized and disciplined about logging activity and outcomes in real time
• Communicates clearly and concisely; can earn a busy executive's attention in 30 seconds
