📋 Description

Originate and source deals with issuers, banks, and platforms.
Own external relationships as primary contact with issuers and partners.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in ECM origination, coverage, or related fields; IPO/follow-on knowledge.
Established network across VC/PE, investment banks, issuers, and institutional relationships.
Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals or mandates.
Strong understanding of ECM mechanics (IPOs, follow-ons) and capital raising.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior external counterparts.
Self-starter; comfortable with ambiguity; able to build a pipeline from day one.
