Building and working a pipeline of developers, operators, institutional investors, and hyperscalers
Running the full sales motion: outbound, qualification, discovery, proposal, close
Working with the delivery team to scope engagements and set customers up for success from day one
Feeding market intelligence back into the product and commercial teams: what are buyers asking for

🎯 Requirements

3-6 years of commercial experience in real estate (data centers or brokerage preferred)
Proven experience selling a service, platform, or mandate to institutional buyers
Ability to talk credibly to a development director, head of acquisitions, or CIO
Comfortable running an outbound motion without a playbook
Disciplined to manage a pipeline without being managed
