Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Develop, qualify, and maintain a robust pipeline of business leads through systematic prospecting
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence gathering to identify emerging opportunities
• Organise and attend industry exhibitions and conferences to represent ADAMAS and establish new
• Represent ADAMAS at client meetings, bid defence presentations, and strategic account reviews
• Prepare comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Information (RFI)
• Draft and negotiate commercial documentation, including Confidentiality Agreements, Master Service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Strong people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organisational
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Demonstrated proficiency in market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales forecasting tools
