Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day driving of business development efforts for PSS in country
• Work with PSS Leadership to set challenging but achievable annual targets and devise incentives
• Identify and win PSS business within the region to achieve growth objectives within the Dutch market
• Responsible for account development planning involving analysis of clients' organization and
• Assess client requirements to help design service solutions
• Collaborate with PSS Leadership to provide proposals, present to clients, and deliver business

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in life sciences with additional business education such as MBA; Finance
• At least 5 years of business development experience within life sciences; other industries
• Proficiency within GxP/GMP environments is nice to have
• Expert knowledge of product and service commercialization and manufacturing, including supply chain
• Knowledge of regulatory authorities, guidelines and quality systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively influence across functions and sites
