Business Development Manager, Commerce Media

📋 Description

• Own commercial relationship for commerce media products across a portfolio of merchants and
• Lead onboarding, activation, and ongoing growth, coordinating with client tech teams and
• Translate customer feedback into product and process improvements; mentor a book of active clients.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and engineering to align inventory and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or partner success—ideally in affiliate
• Fluency in affiliate metrics and supply-side ad-tech metrics (e.g., CPC, eCPM, fill rate, CTR).
• Experience in commercial, sales, or account-management roles; ability to run a large book of
• Strong ability to communicate technically with ad-ops, programmatic, product, and merchant teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
