Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Manage full sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract execution
• Build and maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
• Use AI-powered prospecting and generative AI tools for outreach
• Develop strategic sales plans to win business from GPOs
• Build relationships with senior living executives and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience in senior living or assisted care
• Demonstrated success meeting quotas and closing new business
• Experience in full sales process management
• Strong understanding of food service contracts in senior living
• Proven ability to generate opportunities through multiple channels
