📋 Description

• Account management: supervise and monitor contract renewals of existing clients from renegotiation
• Presentation and negotiation: promote our solutions to companies of all sizes (very small, small
• Strategy: study market trends and define approach strategies for the sectors in which CLO is
• Project management: plan demos and training in collaboration with our Team Lead and the 3D Design
• Client relations: build authentic relationships with clients (by email, phone, and on-site)
• Market analysis: leverage data to develop our client portfolio and evolve existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years full-time experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
• Knowledge of the textile industry and product development cycle is highly valued
• Experience in a SaaS or Tech environment, with genuine passion for new technologies, is a plus
• Ability to captivate audiences and present complex solutions with clarity and conviction; expertise
• Collaboration, open-mindedness, and ease in working within multidisciplinary and international
• Fluent in both English and French
