📋 Description

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the trading and crypto industries, including market trends
• Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, VIP traders and trading/crypto communities and
• Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates, ensuring their needs
• Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
• Fluency in English and Hungarian or any of the Balkan region languages.
• Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance or trading industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
