Business Development Manager – Oncology

📋 Description

• Engage medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, haematologists and other relevant cancer
• Communicate clinical evidence clearly and accurately during one-to-one visits and hospital
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual prescription and revenue targets across hospitals, cancer
• Map key accounts and monitor formulary listing status in major corporate and government hospitals.
• Build and maintain professional, science-led relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital
• Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes in accordance with applicable requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences (B.Sc) or Biotechnology.
• Additional qualifications such as M.Pharm, Pharm.D or an MBA in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience, including at least 2 years in an
• Strong understanding of complex oncology and immunology pathways relevant to the assigned portfolio.
• Effective consultative communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate hospital procurement processes and pharmacy formulary listings.
