Business Development Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Serve as the operational hub for the business development team including managing the BD calendar
• Support the Sr. Director by attending meetings, capturing detailed notes, and maintaining a
• Own Salesforce accuracy and day-to-day CRM operations, and keep core team content organized so key
• Build and maintain AI-assisted automations that connect Salesforce to reporting workflows, reducing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in an operations, coordination, analyst, or
• Prior BD/partnerships exposure is a plus, not a prerequisite.
• Hands-on CRM experience, Salesforce strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Demonstrated organizational rigor including calendar management, deadline tracking, or project
