Develop referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, and sports in Manhattan.
Build, grow, and translate relationships into measurable impact.
Collaborate with Director of BD and VP of BD & Marketing.
Travel 3-4 days per week; 1-2 days at HQ.
Interface with physicians, clinical directors, therapist teams, and BD team.
Represent Spear in the Manhattan community.

🎯 Requirements

4+ year of relevant experience in New Jersey
Bachelor’s degree
Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist preferred
