🎯 Requirements

• Education: A four-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• California Transportation Experience: Demonstrated experience working with transportation clients
• Business Development Experience: Typically, 10 or more years of combined experience across the
• Capture Planning Expertise: At least 3 years of demonstrated experience supporting, facilitating
• Proposal Management Track Record: Proven success supporting opportunities from the capture planning
