📋 Description

• Re-engage warm and dormant accounts by phone, email, and LinkedIn, converting interest into
• Prospect into net-new accounts in equipment finance, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, and
• Research accounts and identify decision-makers using AI tools, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Run initial discovery calls to surface business pain, budget ownership, and decision timeline.
• Build prospect-facing demo assets, sample dashboards, and data mockups that make the Sparkflow
• Bring in solution engineers and subject-matter experts for technical and executive conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated competitiveness and a track record of performing where results are measured.
• Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable on the phone and in front of a room.
• Analytical fluency — you can work with data and translate it into something a business buyer cares
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the discipline to maintain CRM hygiene without being reminded.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, outreach, and content quality.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $45,000 – $60,000, depending on experience
• Eligible for activity-based ramp bonus during the first twelve months
• New-business commission at 3.5% of net invoice revenue on originated accounts
• Estimated first-year total compensation ranges from approximately $59,000 to $85,000
