📋 Description

• Respond to every inbound marketing lead within 5 minutes during business hours, and clear the
• Qualify fast and honestly: confirm fit, decision-maker, and need, and get the owner to name the
• Convert qualified leads into sales consultations with our Account Executives, booked within 24–48
• Own the consultation through to attendance: confirm it, remind them, and re-book no-shows the same
• Make a great first impression on every call — you are the face and voice of BloomNation to
• Run outbound to independent florists when inbound volume is slow, with cold calls first and email

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a quota-carrying sales, SDR/BDR, or high-volume customer-facing role
• Natural, confident phone presence and ability to build rapport in the first 30 seconds
• Quick thinking: qualify and handle objections on the fly without a script
• Urgency: treat a new lead like it expires
• Organization and discipline in a CRM; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Coachability: want feedback on calls and act on it
