Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Lead initial outbound outreach to prospects, including senior and C-level decision-makers, using
• Build rapport quickly with prospective customers, generate interest, and create strong first
• Identify prospect needs, challenges, and potential customer experience opportunities through
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities while contributing directly to pipeline and revenue
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts and coordinate with
• Collaborate proactively with Sales, Management, and Marketing teams to develop and implement

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR or SDR role with a demonstrated track record in outbound
• Proven success meeting or exceeding quotas related to pipeline generation and closed business.
• Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
• Exposure to the full sales cycle or experience collaborating closely with Account Managers or other
• Experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts, as well as existing customers for upsell
• Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialer, Einstein, Highspot
