Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Own and maintain shelter, breeder, and sales reporting, including dashboards and analyses tracking
• Build and maintain compensation models for shelter, breeder, and sales programs, and provide
• Support Bordereaux, MCAS, and NAPHIA reporting, including recurring submissions, related analyses
• Identify opportunities to streamline semantic codebase, recurring reporting and to improve data
• Field and deliver ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering role
• Proficiency in SQL with building procedures and views, scheduling jobs, querying and manipulating
• Experience building dashboards/reports in a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
