📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries against relational databases to extract, join
• Develop and maintain robust data models, including DAX measures and calculated columns, to support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI or comparable business
• Demonstrate strong SQL skills and the ability to write complex queries involving joins, subqueries
• Have a solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices, including star schema
• Possess experience working with data warehouses and ETL tools or processes.
• Have familiarity with insurance, insurance carrier, managing insurance organization (IMO), or
• Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus
