Business Intelligence Analyst / Manager

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards based on business
• Prepare recurring performance reports to track sales versus target, SFE KPIs, customer
• Create efficient reporting templates and standardized dashboards to support timely business review
• Support end users by explaining report logic, dashboard navigation, and data definitions to ensure
• Perform ad hoc analysis on sales, call activity, customer, CRM, AMI and other data through the
• Support business planning, forecasting, and performance reporting by preparing relevant data

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience (for Analyst level) / 6-8 years of experience (for Manager level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and
• Hands-on experience with BI or visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or data management systems such as SAP, Veeva CRM, or similar
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL concepts, or database structures is an advantage.
